How I spent my quarantine day?

               LET'S START..

πŸ’ 7 things that I did during my quarantine.I'm sure that you guys are thinking what to do?πŸ˜‰Don't worry I'll share to you all.

🠞1. WATCH SOME MOVIES ( NETFLIX OR YOUTUBE)


πŸ’  There are many advantages of  watching movies. First of all, you can relief stress after working hours or studies. It is because reducing stress improves sleep and reduces irritability, anxiety and depression. Other than that, it can improve your interpersonal relationships with workers, friends and family members. The second advantage is you can grab the golden opportunity to watch movies anytime, anywhere.As you know Netflix is not as costly, one fixed price per month. But there are also some disadvantages that you all should know. For instance, video quality will suffer if your internet speed is bad and the latest episode won't be available on Netflix or YouTube right away.


🠞2. COOK VARIOUS TYPES OF TANTALIZING MEALS

πŸ’  Why don't you cook? You can always make some delicious food for you family at home. You do not have to go out and eat at the hotel, restaurant or cafe. Therefore, it saves your money cause you don't have to spend a lot of money at the shop and saves time when you cook something at home, especially when you plan ahead. There are so many meals that can be made in less than 30 minutes an if you choose complex recipes, don't worry you can still cook in bulk and eat the surplus later. Moreover, the food that selling at restaurants, cafe contains high quantity of fat, salt, and sugar. If you want to know which ingredients and how much salt, sugar are going into our food, then cooking at home is the best way. Furthermore, you can improves your cooking skills very well.


🠞3. PLAY INDOOR GAMES


πŸ’  There are many indoor games that you can enjoy at home. First, you can play chess cause it can increase your creativity and improves your memory to remember how your opponent has operated in the past and recalling moves that have helped you win before this. Other than that, playing bowling can improve your flexibility and stability if you keep practising it. Bowling is a healthy activity for your mind and your both heart and it doesn't give physical but gives mantel well-being too. Besides, you can also play Simon says with your family. This game tests alertness and quick responses. If anybody fails to follow the instructions , it consider as they are out. Therefore, scrabbles are also an interesting activity where you can improve your vocabulary and it is a fun word-building games.


🠞4.  ENJOY READING STORY BOOKS


πŸ’  Reading story books is one of the activity that you can do during your quarantine day. There are many types of story books. For example, horror, action and adventure, comic or fantasy. By reading these kinds of books, you get more benefits. As well as, it helps you to learn the difference between real and make-believe. Furthermore, you can know the sounds, words and language and develop the skilLs. No matter how much stress you have at work or in studies and in relationships, it all just when you lose yourself in a fantastic story. On the other hand, you can also improve your imagination by reading various types of books.


🠞5. SINGING SONGS

πŸ’  Those who loves to sing songs know that singing can reduces their stress and it also strengthens concentration and memory. Moreover, it boosts the immune system and help to fight diseases. Normally I sing songs for at least 2 to 3 minutes to force oxygen into our blood. All of you can spend some good quality of time to sing your favourite songs. For instance, on weekends, at night and so on. 


🠞6. HELP PARENTS TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE


πŸ’  Forming a healthy family should begin with maintaining a clean living environment. With a clean home, you and your family can be protected from various diseases. Therefore, the cleanliness of the house needs to be maintained, and this is everyone's responsibility. Why should we clean our house? This is because the virus can stick everywhere, including the surface of objects in the house. Dust is one of the triggers of allergies and it might harm the airways, such as asthma. This is why cleaning a house is very important. Moreover, keeping house clean can lower the risk of injuries especially when there is big boxes or other large objects can easily fall on top us and make us injured.


🠞7. LEARN YOGA



πŸ’  Do you the definition of yoga? Yoga is an essential spiritual and discipline on how you manage to control breath, easy meditation and specific body postures. First of all, yoga can motivate you towards healthy eating and improves the metabolic system of the body. Most of people said that do a lot of breathing activity like yoga can cure your respiratory problems. You can do yoga three to four times per week. This helps you to get an enough sleep and relieve stress.
