๐Ÿ’™ FIRST MY LOVELY MOTHER

         


โžค MY MOM'S NAME IS PUNITA AND SHE WORKS IN PUBLIC BANK.My mom teaches me many lessons with the way that she lived. Firstly, my mom teaches me me to stand up for what was right and led by examples and made other people's lives more better. Besides, she loves to work hard for many years and I learned that patience and tolerate with each other are what kept her going to reach success. Other than that, she doesn't like the people who loves to complain about somebody else. My mother will say "never complain about a problem, try hard ". By the way, she teaches me how to solve a problem delligently. Apart from these, she never pass up the golden opportunity to say " I love you so much my darling" every single day. She constantly push me to be a better and good person to achieve my goals. Furthermore, she asks me to do my best no matter how difficult the task is and as long as you have try it. She is the best mother that I had never seen before.


๐Ÿ’œ SECOND IS MY KIND HEARTED GRANDMOTHER

                          


    โžค MY GRANDMA' S NAME IS PUSHPA.I found inspirations with many people but didn't satisfied with that. Who is the second people that inspires me? I would like to say that the answer is my grandma. No matter how busy she is but she always had a sweet smile on her face and loves me so much. Moreover she loves to lend her hand to the people who are in need and give them more than what she received. I know some will be shocking, did not believe and so on but these is how she behaves. Many people respects her cause of her kindness and honesty. I will try to live she did as much as I can. Besides, she will not complain about being tired or overworked. When I go to my hometown, she early wait for me to teach me the value of good reputation. My grandma has a farm too and there are various types of plants. For instance, chili tree, mangosteen tree, mango tree and more. I still seek out her opinion when I need some inspirations.


๐Ÿ’š THE THIRD IS MY INSPIRING TEACHER

                                  


โžค MY TEACHER'S NAME IS MISS DEWISWARI .My teacher me also inspire me in my life. A teacher that inspires is a role model, an influence that goes far beyond academic achievement. Firstly, she taught me at year 4 until year 6. She loves to teach me in many ways and methods. This helps me to catch up more easier instead of reading the texts books only. Moreover, no one will talk when she taught us and our English lesson class will come alive. My teacher helped me a lot by giving more worksheets, interesting games and so on. She taught me how to answer the questions given step by step. Additionally, she gave me spirits and motivate me before the examination. If I got low marks, she won't scold or beat me. By the way, she told me ' do not give up, try again and you are the best'. She always asks me to be a open minded person, caring, responsible and loving. Other than that, she encouraged me to communicate with friends in English so that I can speak English fluently. She totally inspired me in my life and I will not forget her.

How I spent my quarantine day?

๐Ÿ’ 7 things that I did during my quarantine.I'm sure that you guys are thinking what to do?๐Ÿ˜‰Don't worry I'll share to you all.

๐Ÿ ž1. WATCH SOME MOVIES ( NETFLIX OR YOUTUBE)


๐Ÿ’  There are many advantages of  watching movies. First of all, you can relief stress after working hours or studies. It is because reducing stress improves sleep and reduces irritability, anxiety and depression. Other than that, it can improve your interpersonal relationships with workers, friends and family members. The second advantage is you can grab the golden opportunity to watch movies anytime, anywhere.As you know Netflix is not as costly, one fixed price per month. But there are also some disadvantages that you all should know. For instance, video quality will suffer if your internet speed is bad and the latest episode won't be available on Netflix or YouTube right away.


๐Ÿ ž2. COOK VARIOUS TYPES OF TANTALIZING MEALS

๐Ÿ’  Why don't you cook? You can always make some delicious food for you family at home. You do not have to go out and eat at the hotel, restaurant or cafe. Therefore, it saves your money cause you don't have to spend a lot of money at the shop and saves time when you cook something at home, especially when you plan ahead. There are so many meals that can be made in less than 30 minutes an if you choose complex recipes, don't worry you can still cook in bulk and eat the surplus later. Moreover, the food that selling at restaurants, cafe contains high quantity of fat, salt, and sugar. If you want to know which ingredients and how much salt, sugar are going into our food, then cooking at home is the best way. Furthermore, you can improves your cooking skills very well.


๐Ÿ ž3. PLAY INDOOR GAMES


๐Ÿ’  There are many indoor games that you can enjoy at home. First, you can play chess cause it can increase your creativity and improves your memory to remember how your opponent has operated in the past and recalling moves that have helped you win before this. Other than that, playing bowling can improve your flexibility and stability if you keep practising it. Bowling is a healthy activity for your mind and your both heart and it doesn't give physical but gives mantel well-being too. Besides, you can also play Simon says with your family. This game tests alertness and quick responses. If anybody fails to follow the instructions , it consider as they are out. Therefore, scrabbles are also an interesting activity where you can improve your vocabulary and it is a fun word-building games.


๐Ÿ ž4.  ENJOY READING STORY BOOKS


๐Ÿ’  Reading story books is one of the activity that you can do during your quarantine day. There are many types of story books. For example, horror, action and adventure, comic or fantasy. By reading these kinds of books, you get more benefits. As well as, it helps you to learn the difference between real and make-believe. Furthermore, you can know the sounds, words and language and develop the skilLs. No matter how much stress you have at work or in studies and in relationships, it all just when you lose yourself in a fantastic story. On the other hand, you can also improve your imagination by reading various types of books.


๐Ÿ ž5. SINGING SONGS

๐Ÿ’  Those who loves to sing songs know that singing can reduces their stress and it also strengthens concentration and memory. Moreover, it boosts the immune system and help to fight diseases. Normally I sing songs for at least 2 to 3 minutes to force oxygen into our blood. All of you can spend some good quality of time to sing your favourite songs. For instance, on weekends, at night and so on. 


๐Ÿ ž6. HELP PARENTS TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE


๐Ÿ’  Forming a healthy family should begin with maintaining a clean living environment. With a clean home, you and your family can be protected from various diseases. Therefore, the cleanliness of the house needs to be maintained, and this is everyone's responsibility. Why should we clean our house? This is because the virus can stick everywhere, including the surface of objects in the house. Dust is one of the triggers of allergies and it might harm the airways, such as asthma. This is why cleaning a house is very important. Moreover, keeping house clean can lower the risk of injuries especially when there is big boxes or other large objects can easily fall on top us and make us injured.


๐Ÿ ž7. LEARN YOGA



๐Ÿ’  Do you the definition of yoga? Yoga is an essential spiritual and discipline on how you manage to control breath, easy meditation and specific body postures. First of all, yoga can motivate you towards healthy eating and improves the metabolic system of the body. Most of people said that do a lot of breathing activity like yoga can cure your respiratory problems. You can do yoga three to four times per week. This helps you to get an enough sleep and relieve stress.
